About
A Colorado resident since 1997, I have been actively involved with art and writing communities across the state, and primarily within Colorado Springs and Denver, for most of my life. I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Denver, studying digital media and design.
Writing
I have been writing fiction for over a decade and have completed four full-length novels, the most recent of which was finished in spring of 2011. I currently serve as an intern with Sandra Bond of Bond Literary Agency, as well as a copyeditor for DU's student newspaper, The Clarion. Through my work, I have gained experience editing both technical, journalistic and academic writing, in addition to fiction (all formats).
Design
I began working with web-based programming languages at age thirteen, designing personal websites and simple graphics. I possess a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and am able to design from scratch as well as with the assistance of design applications, primarily Adobe Dreamweaver. I am familiar with both Mac OSX and Windows (current versions), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to open-source applications and languages such as Processing.
